Why is it that wi-fi does not rain down on the entire planet wherever you are for FREE?
only thing I can figure is  'THEY' have fallen short of the MARK...........

I have a whopping engine I just fully serviced... a new water pump impeller.. fresh gear lube in the foot and new synthetic oil... and two sails... a main and a jib..... 3 radios and a g.p.s.... and all required safety equipment...

I am waiting for the Charts to arrive... and I am putting the finishing touches on my deemed necessary accumulations.... and the constant watching of the weather and where is the nearest island to duck behind?
